BEWARE OF BANKS

From the start you must believe me that neither am I a liar nor yet deluded, the reason for telling you this is that my story reads like a novel. We have it all conspiricy to defraud, fraud , theft and blackmail on several counts and all from  a bank that is owned by the largest baank in Europe and may even have shares in your local bank on the high street. Emporiki bank in 2004 manipulated to take 1st charge on our factory premises ( my husband is classed as the best car designer in the world, and we were waiting for the go ahead to take our car into production) . How did they do that by giving an unrequested unsecured loan, do banks give unsecured loans even when the client doesnt know? Emporiki bank London did. My husband had gone to the bank to deposit money to send to me for my sons schooling, the employee - who, it turned out was down for dissmissal, his father who worked in head office phoned the branch and asked for him to stay on, ( when does a lowly branch employee refuse a senior executive from head office? )  - and the employee recommended to my husband that he applies for a loan to develop our factory premises from Empoiriki, the terms were a very low rate and no repayment for a year !!!! My husband phoned me and told me I immediately was suspicious as no one was selling money under those terms. I phoned the bank employee who confirmed what john had said was true. I told him to send me the details which I never received. A loan was approved for 170k sterling a far cry from the 1.7 million required ( the employee in his statement that the request was for 1.7 million)  On a trip to England my husband found  his bank statement and to much shock and horror discovered 130k had been taken from his account. He immediately phoned the bank and told them he had not issued fax instructions for 130k and immediately went to the bank where the fraud was discovered. The bank did not freeze the account only continued to debit his account for repayments for a loan they knew and irregularity (fraud ) had occured. To take first charge on the factory premeises the bank has applied an unknown , unrequired and unrequested loan to repay a charge listed against it. No loan application was signed, no drawdown request received, how could it we didnt know anything about it! Then a 180k loan was agreed and out of that the first unknown loan was paid!!! No drawdown signed again - he didnt know the loan had been approved -  good at paperwork arent they ????? nevermind the rules and regulations. Whilst at the bank my husband told the bank that no works had been carried out dispite the bank claiming they had invoices for work done!!!! Didnt they even bother to check - no - only later when it became evident that a fraud had occured and looked like there was assistance from inside. I received a letter from the bank some months later stating that the invoices that had been received by the bank were fraudlent, I was amazed , I wrote back enquiring if the employee my husband had seen had suffered amnesia and expressed concern that the police had not been involved before. Whilst at the bank the employee told my husband to go and see the employees father, who at the time I believed to be the president, this is where the fun begins. The employees father then started to chase us around with his 'private agreement' which my solicitor agreed was illegal. Each offer was refused by us stating that we would accept reimbursement from the bank itself. The father was not the president but a senior executive at head office!!!! he then got his solicitor to contact my solicitor to push for a 'private settlement' I would consider this blackmail, as he was in such a senior position then this begs the question why didnt he freeze the account and carry out a full investigation ? as was his duty to do. We then received a threatening letter saying my husband private account was overdrawn as the bank had deducted the loan repayments for a loan that was not received, then a letter was received offering 130k ( the amount of the first fraudlent fax there were others) and also requesting 40k immediately, - this was the loan the bank had applied to obtain 1st charge !!! - this offer was for 10days and thenceforth the offer would be withdrawn !!!!! and the bank would then repossess the same threat as with the previous letter.  There is much more but this is the main story do not trust banks, my husband had been with his bank for 40 years and with no problem and see how he was treated all , I believe to cover up the actions of an employee who the banks own solicitor have said ' acted dishonestly and probably illegally' and his father had a very senior position in head office , Why am I telling you this because my husband was/is classed as the best car designer in the world - not my words- and the gross negligence of a bank owned by the biggest bank in Europe has stopped production of his road race car the Minotaur.
